there is a distinctive feature that almost all clients require, which is flexibility. netANR prides itself on providing flexible support
for many of it's customers, even when
bound to a contract.

Remote Support
On-Site Support

Telephone Support
Consists of Simply dialing up and crying "Help!". We will provide assistance over the phone - This service is free to contracted clients and most potential customers on a one of basis (Don't forget, we are trying to make a lving too).

Remote Support We can make a remote connection to your computers over the Internet, and provide Support or perform Investigations and fixes.

On-Site Support
We attend your site with one of our fully trained and experienced engineers to attend to any issues first hand.

Monthly Backup Test, including backup

Pay-as-you-go
For those customers who prefer a
pay-as-you-go approach, callout
charges apply for all support calls.
Callout is available between Mon-Fri,
9:00am-5:30pm, excluding statutory holidays.

Contracted
Guaranteed support within the timeframe
of your contract.
